Our service is exactly the same as our fully managed services process with fully referenced tenants. The difference is that when the tenants have signed the tenancy agreements, you become their point of contact and arrange to meet the tenants at the property to check them in. Once your tenants have moved in, you’re responsible for collecting the rent and day to day management.

Property Renovation
